How will your days be spent Prepare presentationmaterials (conceptual drawings, 3D renderings + visualization, digital3D + physical models) Develop and modify design + technical solutionsthroughout all phases of a project. Contribute to design discussions,idea generation, + design work in drawing, model and 3D image formats.Work closely with team members to complete projects on aggressiveschedules by meeting deadlines within expected time + budgetconstraints. Generate revisions + corrections from outline mock-ups,redlined drawings + project documents. Attend client meetings to observeprocess + develop presentation skills. Participate in construction sitevisits to understand the process. Recognize conflicts that arise duringconstruction + offer alternatives to resolve these issues. What youbring to this role Experience: Previous internship experience preferred.Relevant architectural experience in one of Flad\'s market segmentspreferred. Portfolio that demonstrates a high level of skill in designthinking + presentation media required. Software: Proficiency in Rhinoor SketchUp + 3D rendering software required. Beginner Revit knowledgerequired; have at least one year recent Revit experience in an academicor professional setting. Understands how Revit works but may not havecompleted a project from start to finish. Has made edits to existingdrawings, models, etc. Intermediate Revit knowledge preferred.Experience with real time rendering engines (Enscape, Twin Motion) togenerate still animations + renderings, Augmented Reality (AR) + VirtualReality (VR), visual scripting programs (Grasshopper + Dynamo), AdobeCreative Suite, + AutoCAD preferred. Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'sdegree in architecture required. NAAB accredited professional degree orMaster\'s degree in architecture preferred. Sustainability accreditationpreferred.
