Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications.

Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs.

Build and execute unit tests and unit plans.

Create and Review integration and regression test plans.

Communicate with developers and testing engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.

Work with geographically dispersed team of world-class engineers in a start-up by taking complete ownership and accountability to see the project through for completion.

Collaborate with product strategy/owners and other stakeholders in understanding the requirements and work on delivering user stories/backlog items with highest levels of quality and consistency across the product.

Be agile, self-driven and comfortable driving forward even when some aspects of a project are not fully known.

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Design, build and implement highly scalable distributed cloud solutions.

US: Hiring Range: from $76,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
