The incumbent will adhere to standard development principles and will be responsible for design, implementation, integrating with internal and external solutions, writing design documents and test cases, and documenting code.The incumbent will also provide production support and maintenance for the applications within the team's portfolio. The incumbent is also responsible for understanding the business and will work closely with key Business Stakeholders, other members of the Information Technology Team, Information Security, and PMO.In-depth experience with Java, SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP) requiredExpertise on UI Frameworks like Angular JS, Node JS, React JS,In-depth experience in responsive web design and developmentHands on experience with UI testing tools such as Maestro, IgniteExperience with third part financial solutions such as Plaid, Alloy, Temenos, FiservExperience in Java 8, Spring, Spring BootExperience with designing, implementing, and deploying microservices in distributed systemsGood to have knowledge and experience of deploying to application in AWS Cloud using Jenkins, DockerStrong knowledge and experience with SQL queries and databases like PostgreSQL , MySQL, SQL ServerKnowledge of DevOps process with enterprise architectureFamiliarity with a source control system (GitHub, SVN, etc.)Experience in agile delivery and tools like Jira, Rally, ServiceNowPosition Title: Application Developer 1Business Unit: TechnologyReports to: Various

  Position Overview:The Application Developer 1 is a core member of the Information Technology team.The incumbent is responsible for development related to the applications for which the team supports.The incumbent could develop integrations, reports/analytics, and/or websites.The incumbent will spend a significant amount of time heads-down developing, documenting and supporting the applications/integrations.

  Primary Responsibilities:Writes the code needed to support the assigned applicationsDevelops integrations between the assigned applications and the bank's internal systems and/or 3rd party vendorsSupports the applications/integrations for which the teamis responsibleFollows standards and guidelines in creation of the software and to protect information and writes high quality codeDocuments deliverables in accordance with department and corporate standardsPerforms other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B.
