Job Description

　　An employer is looking to add an Ansible Developer to their team in St. Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC. This person will join a small team and assist in automating their infrastructure environment related to scanning software and automated backups (mainly related to Rubrik and Netbackup). This person will work with development teams to gather requirements and build automation to deliver on requests such as automating storage and database builds, scheduling, and patch management. They will work to understand current manual processes and work with client on ways to automate these processes. They are using Jira to track their stories and prioritize work and work in 2-week sprint cycles.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　4+ years working in infrastructure automation

　　Experience with Ansible, with an understanding of commands and playbooks

　　Extensive scripting experience with Python or YAML and one or more of the following: Perl, shell, bash, or PowerShell

　　Understanding of DevOps practices and techniques such as Continuous Testing & Integration (CI/CD), Continuous delivery Rubrik or Netbackup

　　Experience with cloud technology (AWS/Azure) null
