　　About this role

　　BlackRock is currently seeking Operations professionals at the Analyst level to become part of our Global Investment Operations team. The diverse function spans Trading & Market Documentation, Transaction Management, Collateral Management, Payments, Corporate Actions, Cash & Asset Operations, and Securities Lending Operations. It plays an integral role within the organization interacting with multiple internal and external parties to ensure risk is minimized, processes are efficient and high levels of client service are achieved, in what is an evolving and dynamic environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experienced in Fixed Income, Equity, and money market products.Sound understanding of trade life cycle of these products and experience in trade confirmation and settlement process.Experience in navigating tools like DTCC CTM, ALERT and understand how these products operate in EMEA markets.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience.Knowledge of financial products, whether academically or professionally acquired.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and to work well under pressure in team environment.High level of discretion and awareness of accountability.Analytical skills and interest in developing problem solving capabilities.

　　JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle by interacting with traders, strategists, client management and technologists to work towards the shared goal of risk mitigation.Connect regularly with Traders, brokers, and custodians to resolve issues and ensure timely confirmation and settlement of all open trades.Understand and improve problem solving capability for complex trade flow, accounting issues and transactional discrepancies.Showcase leadership in project management skills toward aims of improved cross product support and relation management.Leverage your quantitative skills to decompose process to improve control and scale of the business.Provide reporting to senior leadership and produce insightful analyses of the business upon request from management.Grow with the team, develop a deeper understanding of complex transactions and work with our business partners to progress our trade capture capabilities.
