Job Purpose
THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN SYRACUSE OR BROOKLYN, NY OR WALTHAM, MA
Manages HR organizational structure and data within SAP Success Factors as well as downstream integrating systems to ensure highly accurate data in support of business planning and reporting.
Key Accountabilities
Assist with ongoing operations and processes to maintain organizational structure (MyHub EC / SAP ECC) to deliver accurate data for business planning, systems, development, reporting and employee services.
Effective communicator able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders providing technical advisement and building bases of influence within the business.
Self-starter able to work independently to complete tasks within defined service level agreement structure.
Analyze process issues, replicate the issue, and identify resolution to be communicated.
Develop and execute test scripts for patches and version upgrades.
Challenge existing ways of working and continuously seek ways to do things better to drive greater efficiencies within assigned area.
Qualifications
Advanced user in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
Preferred Experience and Proficiency in SAP Success Factors / Ingentis

SYR: $63,000-$74,000
DNY: $75,000-$88,000
MA: $71,000-$83,000
Salary commensurate with experience.
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
