　　Assist team seniors in marketing and deal execution of project finance transactions. Details of responsibilities summarized below.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Financial

　　Assist in origination of lending and financial advisory mandates including the preparation of marketing materials, proposals and presentation packages.

　　Assist in the execution of lending and financial advisory transactions including relevant research, preparation and handling of financial models, information memorandums, credit papers, review and analysis of project documents, and coordination with other specialist advisors and consultants.

　　Customer

　　Work closely with team seniors in liaising and coordination with clients with respect to origination and execution of transactions, and performance of other administrative duties as may be required for a transaction.People

　　Work with MUFG clients and various departments across region and globallyOther/ Control

　　Comply with compliance and internal procedures throughout deal processJob Requirements:

　　Degree qualified

　　Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills

　　Experience in a job which requires similar skillsets such as banking, consulting firms and companies engaged in project development.

　　For Analyst:

　　Minimum experience (including internship) in banking, financial services, consulting or similar industries

　　Experience in financial analysis or corporate finance or financial modelling

　　For Associate:

　　Experience in banking, financial services, consulting or similar industries

　　Minimum 2 years experience in financial analysis or corporate finance or financial modelling
