Job Description
An employer is seeking an AMP (Asset Management Platform) Copy Approval Administrator for a long-term contract in the Raynham, MA area. This employee will be supporting the Professional Educations division and will be responsible for the day to day management efforts of content marketing or educational materials that pass through the franchise. On a daily basis, this individual will be working with the team to use AMP to integrate portfolio management, order management compliance, risk combined with innovative data management to manage all assets across the company. They will use a set of rules / a decision tree to understand what a procedure needs and what regulations need to be followed. (There are both internal regulations as well external FDA regulations) It is important that this employee possess excellent communication (both written & verbal) and a high attention to detail and a self motivator. In order to be successful, they must be able to thrive in situations that are constantly changing, have high multi-tasking skills, and able to persuade audiences that have different agendas to adjust to the Global Education teams set processes. This person is the final step in the Copy Approval process so they will be required to complete compliance checks of submissions, and handle ad-hoc requests as they occur. The work schedule is extremely flexible, however they must be comfortable and open to working off hours at least once a month.
Skills and Requirements
- 1+ years working in a compliance / regulatory / reporting / business process / quality environment
- 2+ years of project coordination experience (proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment)
- Strong technical aptitude + experience learning / working with computer systems and AMP
- Strong time-management, communication, decision-making and attention-to-detail skills - Experience in a Project Management, Technical writer, or legal background
- Any healthcare / pharma / med experience
- SharePoint building and advanced functionality
- Excel templates, macros and forms building
- Familiarity with Tableau for metrics and reporting is a plus
- Experience working in a pharma, med device, or life sciences company null
