As part of the Siri Perception team you will shape and drive the data & machine learning infrastructure strategy to improve agility, scale & accuracy.

　　5+ years of experience in project or program management Excellent project management skills including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently Have personally worked on machine learning pipelines and data strategy for training & evaluation. Solid knowledge of technical system architecture and systems design tradeoffs Thorough understanding of testing, build and release processes for complex software Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Agile, SDLC development processes Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, conflict resolution and management Superior group facilitation, interviewing and influence skills Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations and communication strategies

　　You will coordinate and drive program execution of machine learning infrastructure projects that serves production services, as well as define the strategy & delivery of data products required to drive quality of Apple products. This includes collaborating with all partner organizations relevant for a project, You will: Communicate: Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team Coordinate: Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration Plan: Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Manage risks and mitigations, and re- plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams Execute: Drive on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates Problem solve: Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies

　　At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,400 and $268,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
