Responsibilities

　　Role:

　　The role will be responsible for ICF Agronomy planning & performance.The role will report to Agronomy Strategy, Import & Planning Manager & take guidance.The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams in BU and coordinate Agronomy planning with BU Planning & Finance, GP. It will take care of Agronomy planning & performance for Thailand and Vietnam - ICF

　　Agronomy Planning (Thailand & Vietnam)Long and short term of agronomy plan in coordination with Agronomy field team. Oversee the cost of Potato Production, Handling, Logistics and Import which effected with Production and Financial Plan.Manage the planning for MOH and tracking the spend on month-on-month basis.Working with Finance to track the P&L impact for agronomy operation.Negotiating with suppliers, service provides involved in Agronomy operations.

　　Performance (Thailand & Vietnam)continuous tracking of progress for potato supply chain operation & continuously updates on the Agronomy financial and operational performance.Develop the Agronomy Process that compliance with PepsiCo policy and regulations (Global Control Standard).Assess and monitor the risk of Loss of potato that may be come from storing and loss of production and coordinate with related section for immediately action

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor of Commerce/ Economic/FinanceMaster of Business Administration2 or 3 years of experience in financial planning & business analysis preferredAbility to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures.Should have experience in handling direct reports, interpersonal skills, team player, strong problem-solving skill, strategic business thinking, project management.Strong internal and external collaborator, influencer, and negotiator. Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels.Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Power point, MS outlook, etc.)Written and oral English & Thai language skills
