This Senior Analyst will be on a dynamic team, providing technical reviews and analyses ofAdvanced Tactical Datalinks (ATDLS))system designs, integration, and production plans, and conduct evaluations of system specifications and requirements to assess any potential impacts on system design and performance. Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their contract which supports their defense work on ATDLS. The US Navy headquarters staff at the Pentagon, known as OPNAV, supports the Chief of Naval Operations in his mission to support the warfighter by setting requirements, budgeting resources, and managing programs for many different Navy programs. You will be part of a small, dedicated team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams to deliver quality systems.
ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
In this role, you will:
Advise team on ATDLS related matters.
Coordinate with N9I Gatekeeper for JCIDS documents.
Attend ATDLS Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) Working Group Meetings (WGM). Review ATDLS TEMP updates and provide comments.
Attend Surface Warfare Tactical Requirements Group (SWTRG) for POM Issues, and present ATDLS POM Issues.
Support Requirements Officers in the development, review, editing, and routing of correspondence, documents and publications of strategies and concept papers and/or briefs related to ATDLS capabilities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this roll, you will have:
An active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
A Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relative experience in lieu of degree.
8+ years of progressive experience in capability definition and operation of Navy and/or DoD systems.
Knowledge of Advanced Tactical Datalink Systems.
Knowledge of PPBE and Navy POM processes.
Proficiency with executive correspondence and Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Travel may be required up to 10%.
Additional desired experience and skills:
OPNAV or military staff experience.Company Overview
