THE SALARY FOR THIS POSITION:
Administrative Supervisor 2 (pay grade level AS-611) has a minimum salary of $15.01/hourly; $1,200.80/bi-weekly.**Note regarding the advertised pay range: The advertised maximum amount listed is the maximum salary a person can make while in this title/level over their career and not the maximum amount we are allowed to pay a new hire.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years of experience in which clerical work was a major duty.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Training in a business or clerical-related curriculum in a business school or technical institute will substitute for the required experience on the basis of six months of training for six months of experience for a maximum of one year of the required experience.
Completion of a business or clerical-related curriculum in a business school or technical institute will substitute for a maximum of one year of the required experience.
College training will substitute for the required experience on the basis of 15 semester hours for six months of experience.
NOTE:
Business or technical school training with less than completion will only be credited in six month increments. Similarly, college training will only be credited in 15 semester hour increments.
NOTE: Any college hours or degree must be from an accredited college or university.

To supervise personnel engaged in clerical activities in support of an organizational unit or program.

Examples of Work
Plans, manages, implements, and supervises the work of the clinic's Support Services.
Prepares monthly professional services expense account. Monitors budgets of contract services.
Serves as Property Control Manager. Full responsibility for managing property control records and equipment.
Serves as Transportation Coordinator. Follows policy and procedures for the Driver's and Vehicle Safety Program.
Counsels employees on work-related problems or questions.
Supervises the training, orientation, and continuing development of subordinate employees.
Determines and assembles data, and composes special reports, periodic correspondence, or production reports.
Manage electronic health records for all patients, ensuring records are complete.
Responsible for administrative functions which entails screening visitors and telephone calls regarding policies and programs.
Gives routine interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations.
Performs related duties as assigned.
