The Aggie Honor System Office (AHSO) is seeking an Administrative Coordinator I who will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to the Aggie Honor System Office. The ideal worker for this position will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and will have a strong attention to detail. The AHSO seeks an individual who is resourceful, organized, and has prioritization skills. The highly dependable Administrative Coordinator for the AHSO will have a knowledge of Excel spreadsheet, Word, and Adobe, with some event-planning experience. This person will plan and provide logistical and administrative support for meetings and hearings. Serves as the primary administrative contact for the office. Assists in resolving complex, highly sensitive, and confidential administrative matters .

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years of experience in office administration.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Working knowledge of spreadsheet, database, presentation, and word processing software programs.
Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to plan and organize effectively.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Related experience in office administration, scheduling, and event planning.
Experience working with college students and/or faculty members.
Professional experience in higher education.
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Advanced knowledge of academic integrity principles.
Ability to think analytically to solve problems effectively.
Essential Duties/Tasks:
Administrative Support - Provides administrative support to the Director. Serves as primary phone and email support to stakeholders . Monitors and evaluates the influx of information and disseminates as appropriate. Communicates appropriate AHSO policies and procedures and serves as resource.
Processing and Event Support - Performs advanced word processing, desktop publishing, and data management activities. Coordinates the scheduling of appointments and meetings, seminars, and other special events. Coordinates and organizes equipment and supply inventory for office and sta f f. Provides routine administrative support to staff; letters, memos, forms, manuscripts, reports, tables, calendar management.
Design - Designs, edits, and puts in final form information brochures, pamphlets, reports and online resources for faculty, staff, and students.
