Description We are offering an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Liens department located in Baltimore, Maryland. This role provides office support and involves tasks such as filing, data entry, and eligibility verification, especially within the context of government filings and annual tax processes. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive office support for the Liens department
• Handle government filings and annual tax-related tasks
• Manage data entry tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of records
• Verify the eligibility of various applications and documents
• Maintain an organized workflow to manage and prioritize various tasks
• Assist in the resolution of any administrative issues or inquiries
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date
• Adhere to all relevant government regulations and standards
• Communicate effectively with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Annual Tax and Government Filings
• Experience in Filing and Eligibility Verification processes
• Strong skills in Data Entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
