About Administrative Assistant

Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Administrative Assistant within the nonprofit sector based in Cheswick, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks including answering inbound calls, providing customer service, data entry, and email correspondence. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in a dynamic and supportive workplace setting.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner

• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring all emails are responded to promptly

• Utilize MS Office and Adobe for various tasks, such as creating documents and presentations

• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently

• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word proficiently for various administrative tasks

• Schedule appointments and meetings as required

• Resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Ability to provide high-quality customer service

• Experience in data entry tasks

• Expertise in managing email correspondence

• Capability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Proficiency in resolving customer service issues

• Experience working in a Non-Profit industry is desired

• Strong administrative skills and experience in an administrative assistant role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
