Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is defined as one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS -07 grade level in the Federal service which includes work that involves demonstrated experience and proficiency with experience in organizational theory and techniques of analysis and evaluation; experience in administrative regulations and operating procedures that contribute to the accomplishment of program objectives; experience in understanding of personnel administrative concept and practices to recommend changes in internal administrative policies and procedures. Experience in processing civilian awards, evaluations, and personnel actions. Experience in office automation applications to include communication packages, spreadsheets, word processing, graphics and data base management.
