Accounts Receivable Administrator 8 Month Contract with possibility of permanent position at the end.
Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Administrator in our Windsor, Ontario facility. The Accounts Receivable Administrator processes, inputs and maintains control of accounts payable & receivable activity . The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:
Post customer payments to open invoices
Prepare and send invoices and statements to customers (both internal and external)
Perform collections activities as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
Reconcile any irregularities in cash receipts and track each to resolution
Performs all other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Two-year diploma in accounting
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an accounts payable position performing a variety of clerical functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge spreadsheet software, such as Excel
Experience using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication & organizational skills
A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals
