Description Robert Half is looking for an Accountant to join the team of a Faith Based organization in Pueblo, Colorado on a contract basis.

　　Duties Include:

　　Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:

　　Review and enter bills accurately, ensuring timely payments.

　　Generate invoices, record payments, and monitor aged accounts.

　　Process credit card statements and deposits, maintaining journal entry accuracy.

　　Advancing Mission Discipleship (AMD):

　　Oversee accuracy of payments and deposits for annual assessments.

　　Prepare monthly invoices, statements, and aged reports.

　　Address inquiries from parishes and conduct ad hoc payment research.

　　Tax Exempt Forms & Parish Bookkeeping:

　　Review city tax exempt forms and manage billing for tax exemption.

　　Provide basic bookkeeping support for 5 parishes.

　　Grants & Donations:

　　Deposit grant awards, ensure proper allocation, and provide reports.

　　Review "On-Line Giving" for donations, allocate funds, and prepare transaction reports.

　　Filing & Equipment Inventory:

　　Organize and maintain filing systems for various documents.

　　Create and manage a list of CPC office furnishings and equipment.

　　Payroll Support:

　　Serve as backup for payroll needs in the absence of the Payroll Specialist. Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Form 1099, Financial Reporting, Tax Examinations, Bookkeeping, Donations, Benefits Payroll, bi-Monthly Payroll
