Description

　　Hybrid (3 days remote/week) Accounting Manager opportunity available on the west side of Madison! Join a well-known, growing organization and assist in providing support to review current processes and provide recommendations on improvements across the accounting function. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Supervise and lead the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

　　Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing resource allocation and achieving financial objectives

　　Oversee the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements

　　Communicate financial results to senior management, providing insights into key performance indicators and contributing to strategic decision-making processes

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

　　CPA/MBA preferred

　　6+ years of accounting experience, ideally some within management

　　SOX experience required

　　Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

　　Excellent time management skills
