　　Our Scrum Master 1 is accountable for:

　　Facilitating and/or supporting Agile framework ceremonies for teams.

　　Identifying, tracking, removing, or escalating impediments to enable team success toward their commitments.

　　Tracking metrics (inputs, outputs, and outcomes) for team; monitoring on an ongoing basis and inform key stakeholders as appropriate.

　　Working with team to determine how they can continue to improve on delivery and recognize additional efficiencies as they mature.

　　Educating the team, and the organization, about Agile principles and benefits

　　Coaching the scrum team to work effectively as a cross-functional team.

　　Driving tactical team-level improvements as part of the Agile process.

　　Essential Skills:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related is required

　　Experience working with Agile methodologies

　　1 or more years of Technology experience, working with Azure DevOps and other Microsoft tools.

　　Seeking minimum of 1 year Scrum Master experience.
