Introduction

　　As part of the zSoftware development team, you would be developing, testing and supporting industry leading integration products that are central to digital transformation for large organizations. You will be part of the TXSeries and CICS TX development team (part of CICS portfolio), which is owned fully by the India Systems Development Lab. 　　Develop for z/OS UNIX, akin to Linux, to advance the modernization of the mainframe computing experience.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modern technologies into mainframe environments.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　2-5 years of experience with Open Source development.

　　Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Go.

　　In-depth knowledge of z/OS UNIX systems (similar to Linux) and robust problem-solving skills.

　　Experience with Git and Shell scripting.

　　Passion for open source development and earning GitHub badges.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Experience with z/OS Open Source projects hosted at github.com/ZOSOpenTools

　　Experience working on projects such as Git, GNU Bash, GPG, OpenSSL, and AI inferencing engines like LLama.CPP.
