　　About this role

　　Leads team of intermediate to experienced Field Service professionals. Reviews escalated issues, establishes and maintains a good relationship with key customers, and responds to escalated complaints from high-profile customers. Responsible for maintaining training and audit/assessment programs and training field service staff.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Responsible for on time, on budget, quality implementations of HVAC modernization and i-Vu controls projects in seven Commercial Service markets

　　Responsible for recruiting, development, and safety of project managers, engineers, and coordinators

　　Review and provide input into project bids

　　Build relationships with key accounts and subcontractors

　　Key member of Zone leadership staff

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of Leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing company

　　5+ years of leadership experience

　　3+ years of Project Management experience

　　3+ years of experience in a customer facing role.

　　Must have a valid Driver’s License

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s degree in engineering

　　PMP preferred

　　Working knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems

　　Commercial service management experience

　　Technical aptitude with knowledge of local building codes and an ability to use resources at hand to develop solutions

　　Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to navigate SalesForce.com, ServiceMax, ERP, and other business applications
