PositionSummary: Responsible for supervising and assessing youth treatmentspecialist as they interact with residents and provide for theday-to-day care and supervision of youth at the Youth CrisisStabilization Program. Essential Functions: Provider leadership, rolemodel and uphold a positive and supportive culture for youth and staff.Work closely with the Assistant Program Director closely to oversee dayto day responsibilities and management of the YCSF program. Conductindividual supervision, disciplinary action, evaluate work performanceand provide support for professional development for Lead YouthTreatment Specialists and Youth Treatment Specialists. Collaborate withthe clinical manager, youth coordinator, and youth treatment specialiststo develop comprehensive plans to meet youth\'s emotional and behavioralhealth needs. Create staff schedules to ensure staffing ratios are metbased on staff education, experience, and training. Monitor stafftraining and supervision plan, assist with classroom-based training fornew staff members. Participate in clinical supervision requirements asper DHS 34. Lead shift transition meetings, staff meetings, andregularly communicate with staff. Ensure all documentation is completedwithin the timelines identified by the funding and licensingagencies.This includes WCS accident/incident reports, critical incidentreports per DHS 50, shift reports, incident reports, and communicationlogs, etc. Provide oversight by developing and implementing daily youthprogramming schedule. Fulfill on-call rotation of services andresponsibilities for management and staffing needs, staffing concernsand programmatic needs.
