　　Understand and assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing from different channels, screening, and interviewing candidates

　　Support in the design and delivery of Learning & Development programs and initiatives for employees

　　Be a part of developing and implementing employees engagement initiatives

　　Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless employee experience

　　What will make you successful…

　　Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related major.

　　Availability throughout the entire program (6 months)

　　Haven't been registered in GOSI in the last 6 months

　　Work well with Microsoft Office.
