　　Description

　　Position Summary

　　This position is responsible for providing transportation, supervision and individual support through short respite for youth in residential care.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employees are expected to be awake and alert while working.

　　Support youth in Residential programs by transporting youth to visits, court dates, medical appointments and to support recreational activities.

　　Supervise family visits and document in appropriate systems

　　Maintain cultural sensitivity, competence and client confidentiality.

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualificiations

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred. At least one year of experience.

　　Certification / Licensure

　　Must have a valid driver’s license.
