　　ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

　　Works with the loaders and Supervisors to move trucks and trailers from onelocation to another, according to assignmentsMoves trucks and trailers as needed to complete the loading processEnsures the trailer or truck is completely loaded and secured, beforemoving from the staging areaWorks with Management to ensure the proper equipment is staged for shippingWorks closely with Maintenance to ensure any repairs are finished, beforeusing equipmentHelps keep truck parking yard free of debris and trashArranges trucks and trailers in the yard in an orderly and efficient mannerMoves trucks and trailers for receiving, when neededAny other duties assigned by Lead Person or SupervisorJOB REQUIREMENTS

　　Exhibit regular and prompt attendanceAbility to maintain attendance record in accordance with companyAbility to lift 50 poundsDemonstrate initiative to work independently,while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
