　　Pay Range: $19-$25 per hour

　　Responsibilities

　　Reviews the paperwork against the checklist in the deal jacket to verify that all necessary documentation of the vehicle purchase transaction are complete and accurate

　　Collaborates with sales and finance staff to collect any missing deal documentation

　　Scans supporting documentation for the sales transaction into digital sales file

　　Reconciles and processes daily deposits

　　Routes paperwork and supporting documentation (i.e. titles, invoices, payroll items, etc.) to various departments

　　Reviews / clean schedules and communicates variances to accounting

　　Updates deal status on Performance Dashboard

　　Prepares and submits check requests

　　Collaborates with Finance and Insurance Manager to drive deal closing
