　　Position Summary The Workplace Strategy A rea M anager is responsible for all work space related activity for their assigned area of responsibility, an estimated 1.5 million square feet and 10 thousand seats. You will work directly with enterprise senior leadership on the development and execution of enterprise wide Real Estate Synergy & Optimization efforts, partnering with key leaders from Real Estate, HR, Finance, and IT. Work with business unit leaders (VP level+) on strategic space efforts in support of business initiatives and growth strategies. Lead all technology and reporting activities associated with enterprise space occupancy & utilization . Manage annual budgets in excess of $20 million capital and $10 million expense . Respond to reporting needs for Senior Leadership through project scope, schedule and budget tracking. Ability to lead a team, provide feedback and colleague development required . Required QualificationsMinimum 10 years project management/design experience.

　　Experience leading corporate office renovation in a Class A office building.

　　Budget tracking and forecasting for multimillion dollar projects.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

　　Travel required.

　　Preferred QualificationsExperience in leading project design including finish and furniture selection, space strategy and management and construction documents.EducationBachelors Degree or relevant work experience to align with CVS corporate policy and guidelines.

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
