What is the job about?
Responsible for growing aftermarket service sales activities in area/city. Focus and responsible for aftermarket sales growth, management and expansion of service business. Ensuring alignment and compliance of all service strategies and policies within the company and service organization. Collaborate with different org.
Your main responsibilities :
Grow the service business in country/area according to agreed targets
Formulate and develop one service organization covering all Service Excellence processes, spare parts growth, performance contracts for all brands build on own existing facilities and Authorized service workshops, and develop financial goals for service partners.
Develop own service activities complying with Group and Regional Service Standards & Requirements,
Manage service sales Partner and Channel, pro-active promote aftermarket sales projects including parts, energy optimization and retrofit project match region sales targets
Manage installation base information, pro-active visit end user customers, develop lifecycle services of service agreement, energy optimization, service retrofit and digital services contracts
Close collaboration with local management team and sales departs.
Long Term Plans:
Responsible for implementing a strategic aftermarket service growth plan for the country that supports the regional strategic planning approach and enabling the delivery of exemplary performance.Short Term Plans:
Responsible for short-term plans and budgets being created and delivered within the agreed organizational frames of reference.
Responsible for developing teams of highly Service Partners and building relationships with the company most important customers, ensuring the company creates exceptional relationships with these key customer groups.
Responsible for ensuring a common price policy and cash flow for service activities and spare parts/kits in accordance with the requirements of the region and aligned with local market conditions.
Responsible for ensuring the right amount of spare parts stock is kept.
Responsible for using technology to add value and efficiency to our customers’ business by managing their pumps offering Energy Optimization solutions.
Builds a strong partnership with Grundfos sales leaders throughout the company and facilitates collaboration between sales and service delivery teams, consequently contributing to a positive customer experience.
Proactively grow our customer and end user base, by focusing on their needs and solving their pain points.

Your background
Experience managing defined processes within the service environment.
Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Most likely to have 5-6 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in the service environment.
Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the service environment.
