  Key Responsibilities

  As a Workday Reporting Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise to Clients and team members around the Integration and management of Workday Reporting.

  Design and implement reporting strategies to meet business needs.

  Develop plans to integrate multiline reporting within Workday.

  Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.

  Advise clients on industry standards for Workday Reporting in order to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.

  Demonstrate configurations through prototyping.

  Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements.

  Provide the Project Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status.

  Leverage prior related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.

  Participate in training and other events that help share your knowledge and expertise

  Skills and Qualifications:

  Experience in an enterprise reporting related role

  Workday Reporting experience a must.

  Desire to learn deep Workday technology skills along with enhancing your HR & Finance functional knowledge required to grow a successful Workday career

  Ability to take-on complex problems and resolve through collaboration.

  Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

  Additional preferred attributes:

  Workday Reporting and Prism Certifications

  2-5 years’ experience in Workday implementations (either as a customer or an implementation partner) .

  Experience with implementation of new ERP system either as a user or a consultant.

  Successfully completed at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.

  Ability and willingness to travel within COVID guidelines
