　　As a Workday HCM Lead , we expect you to be

　　Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through deployment, testing, go live and post production support and/or delivering allocated AMS workDeveloping your area of expertise in the Workday product suite, specializing and having a deepening skill set within a particular area, i.e. either technical or within a functional areaDevelops working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as clientAbility to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projectsGuide other consultants within project teamShare knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitationAdditional experience in internal work like contributing to and building internal methodology, coaching/mentoring of team members etc. is a plus

　　Your Skills and Qualifications should reflect our values and will include:
