Job Title: Work Planner / Trucking Scheduler / Account Administrator

Job Summary:
The Work Planner / Trucking Scheduler / Account Administrator is responsible for assisting planning and daily work activities, scheduling the trucking operations and account administration involved in the deconstruction of mining equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of logistics and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed work plans and schedules for daily work schedules, and trucking operations.
Coordinate with project managers, trucking v, vendors and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor progress and adjust the schedule as necessary.
Ensure that safety rules and regulations are followed.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely.
Resolve any issues that could impact the timing of the project.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in work planning and scheduling, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics and project management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, excel and Microsoft.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in the prior (5) five years.
• Reliable transportation.

• Comfortable working in both office and field settings.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Cold & heat tolerance: Ability to work in low/high temperatures for extended periods.
