Overview

　　SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an experienced Windows Services Management Team Lead in Ft. Huachuca, AZ . The ideal candidate will possess experience in Windows desktop and server services.

　　Responsibilities

　　Give direction and guidance to team members

　　Coach and mentor team members

　　Delegate responsibilities

　　Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to Army policies and standards

　　Ensure organizational goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback

　　Carry out administrative functions

　　Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues

　　Ensure desktop and server configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations

　　Document technical troubleshooting efforts

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications

　　• Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET eligibility

　　• HS +6 or AA/AS +4 or BA/BS +2 years technical experience

　　• IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) required

　　• Must acquire one Microsoft certification (MD-102 or AZ-900) within 180 days of hire

　　• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows Server administration

　　• Experience with physical and virtual (VMware) desktops

　　• Experience with zero client environment

　　• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Possess sound decision making skills

　　Ability to be detail oriented

　　Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of leadership

　　Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues

　　Ability to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems

　　Knowledge of networking concepts

　　Ability to create and/or modify scripts (batch, PowerShell)

　　Ability to document technical troubleshooting efforts

　　Proficiency with Windows Active Directory services

　　Familiarity with McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS)

　　Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

　　Familiarity with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)

　　Knowledge of DISA STIGs and IAVAs

　　Work independently and as a team member; set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines
