　　Werkstudent (m/w/d) Global Engineering - Aftermarket

　　Wir geben Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Theorie mit anspruchsvoller und vielseitiger Praxis in einer international agierenden Engineering Abteilung zu verbinden. Sie lernen den Bereich mit seinem interessanten Aufgabenspektrum kennen und unterstützen diesen von Anfang an.

　　Ihre Aufgaben:

　　Unterstützung der Reklamationsbearbeitung

　　Bearbeitung Schriftverkehr von Kunden bezüglich Reklamationen

　　Registrierung der Reklamation in SAP-IQOS und Kundeninformation

　　Einleitung der Maßnahmen entsprechend Reklamationsprozess und Kriterien

　　Aktualisierung und Dokumentation der Prozessschritte

　　Erstellung Reklamationsstatistik (monatlich oder bei Bedarf)

　　Beantwortung Kundenanfragen bezüglich der technischen Informationen zu den Produkten

　　Erstellung von Fehlerkatalogen und verschiedenen Produktpräsentationen

　　Unterstützung bei der Produktvalidierung

　　Kommunikation mit Entwicklungsabteilung und Lieferanten

　　Zeichnungs- und Dokumentenprüfung

　　Durchsicht und Prüfung der Erstmuster Unterlagen zwecks Produktfreigaben

　　Ihr Profil:

　　Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Motivation

　　Maschinenbau Studium

　　Englisch Kenntnisse

　　SAP und MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

　　CAD Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
