　　F irst-Point-of-Contact für Anfragen von Mitarbeitern vor Ort

　　Pflege von HR-Systemen

　　Ausstellung von Bescheinigungen (z.B. für KITA oder Arbeitsagentur)

　　Verwaltung der eingegangenen Unterlagen für Neueinstellungen

　　Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen

　　Unterstützung in weiteren Tätigkeiten der HR

　　Dein Profil

　　du bist Student:in im Bereich der Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung

　　Erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen, z.B. durch Werkstudententätigkeiten oder Praktika, wären von Vorteil

　　du hast eine zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

　　ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten bringst du ebenfalls mit

　　mit MS-Office-Anwendungen gehst du souverän um
