Key Responsibilities

　　Welding process evaluation, preparation of welding process instruction, and welding process evaluation report

　　Responsible for welding capability assessment of products, process plan development, tooling preparation, process layout, production line establishment, etc

　　Review and analyze welding quality issues and propose a solid action plan to ensure all corrective actions are well implemented

　　Control and define welding process parameters as per control plan, Maintain and solve industrial welding systems, FMEA, standard work, the Poka-Yoke, and verification internal and external PPM

　　Participate in the qualification and documentation of new or changed products, processes, and purchased materials, Support to build and drive high-level dedication to meet the customer’s expectations

　　Run and own the welding team to ensure customer’s requirements

　　Identify any health or safety concerns related to welding equipment or technology. Recognizes precautions to avoid potential injury. Responsible for welder’s technical training

　　Job Requirements

　　Bachelor’s degree or above, major in welding engineer

　　Certified international welding engineer (IIW)

　　Strong welding knowledge in MIG, TIG, Resistance Welding, Brazing, and Friction Welding Processes

　　Have good knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Work, GD&T

　　Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset

　　Ability to encourage people, strong great teammate, and able to work under pressure

　　Proficient in English in both oral and writing

　　At least 2 years of welding and Robot control related working experience in manufacturing
