  Job Summary

  Summary: Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Ensuring all food or beverage is properly delivered to suites/service area from your designated pantry/service area in a timely fashion

  Assist attendants/servers in clearing dishes from service areas during and post events

  Takes direction from the premium supervisor and/or pantry coordinator for event day responsibilities

  Fully knowledgeable of food & beverage menu offerings

  Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests

  Provides quick and attentive follow up for any delivery errors

  Answers the pantry phone to assist with incoming requests/inquiries

  Assists with keeping the pantry clean throughout the day

  Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment

  Completes opening and closing side work as assigned

  Supports a hospitable environment by greeting guests throughout the stadium

  Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

  Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas

  Follows responsible alcohol service policies

  Adheres to location appearance guidelines

  Communicates guest issues to management

  Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager

  Team

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  Prior high volume food and beverage experience is preferred

  Hard working, energetic individual; Great attention to detail

  Ability to work as part of a team with all associates, management and arena departments

  Ability to work accurately, courteously and with a sense of urgency in a high pressure environment

  Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

  Ability to interact with co-workers and management staff in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment

  Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene

  Able to communicate effectively by speaking, writing, and comprehending English

  Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

  Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit

  Requires the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

  Physical Requirements

  Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service areas; Lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs for set-up, service and clean-up

  Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
