Reference #: 671285443The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring Sunbelt Solomon's plumbing, building, and grounds maintenance is operating efficiently to conduct daily operations.Weekend shift schedule is Friday- Sunday, 12-hour days.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Ability to safely operate equipment such as a hoist and forklift.Completes work orders, facility assignments as directed.Assists with plumbing, building and grounds maintenance.Complete construction tasks such as roof repair and office renovations.Follow all environmental specifications for the area.Follow safety guidelines for the area; think about the work and where safety issues could arise before starting the job.

MIG welding experienceKnowledge of electrical circuitsPriormaintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is a plusCooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.Help team members resolve questions.A dependable and strong work ethic, work safely.Professional language and conduct at all times.
