Duration: Long Term Contract
Responsibilities:
· Main responsibility is to assist dealers in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing their websites.
· Dealer Website Support Specialist supports dealers utilizing web, email, chat, and phone support channels.
· Monitor, track, and escalate topics to the oADD Development Team
· Troubleshoot website issues, assist with website management tools and ensure proper CI branding.
Skills & Qualification
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
• Ability to handle support calls from upset dealers while providing best-in-class support.
Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in website design or support
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in web design, Computer Science, or Marketing/UI/UX Design-Focused Degree
