Description Robert Half is currently looking for a talented Web Developer who's passionate about user experience and design to join the efforts of a Insurance company. Based in Middleton, Wisconsin, this is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity of employment.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Create simple solutions for complex business processes, integrating best of breed toolsWork with leadership and others to find the right solutionsDrive and code solutions using creative solutionsCollaborate with key partners to deliver on time tested and reusable code in a rapidly changing environmentIdentify business needs and support company goals by adapting solutions to meet them Requirements - Able to iterate quickly turning mockups into various web languages

　　Deep understanding of how a mobile user experience differs from the experience on a web or other application

　　Practical knowledge in HTML and CSS

　　5+ years experience with both front-end and back-end technologies in a B2B or B2C web production environment- Foundational knowledge of compatibility and cross-browser issues

　　Recent experience with server-side languages

　　A real passion for the end-to-end solutions that drive the user experience and customer happiness

　　Knowledge of caring for the technical needs of sites, apps and integrations with high volume traffic

　　CSS experience preferred
