Assist in completing reports required by funding sources. Review weatherization applications for accuracy according to eligibility guidelines. Prepare required documents for HOME and CDBG rehabilitation programs such as contract, mortgage, note, and satisfaction piece. Review rehabilitation applications for accuracy according to eligibility guidelines. Remain up to date on federal and state regulations related to the applicable weatherization programs and update compliance procedures accordingly. Assist in oversight of program fiscal reports. Maintain accurate records of all communications related to Weatherization programs. Attend various meetings and represent the interests of the Weatherization Department as needed. Assist the Director of Weatherization as needed in areas including but not limited to: creation of Weatherization budget and preparation of reports.
