　　The Wealth Senior Client Technology Architect is the client-facing technical expert consulting and influencing client decisions. The Wealth Senior Client Technology Architect has overall accountability for all aspects of technology for their aligned client portfolio while delivering exceptional business results for Alight. The Wealth Senior Client Technology Architect understands the client’s business strategy and ensures that Alight is bringing the right solutions to the client resulting in customer and client satisfaction as well as the retention and expansion of business. The Wealth Senior Client Technology Architect is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the technology supporting services provided by our partners for their book of clients.

　　Your Impact as a Wealth Senior Client Technology Architect

　　Consults and influences decisions - leveraging knowledge and strong understanding of clients’ needs and the broader marketplace, including competitive parity and the value of all Alight’s solutions.

　　Acts as a subject matter expert relative to new product and services

　　Engages with and contributes to transformation projects

　　Identify and mitigate risk in delivery related to technical matters

　　Hit or exceed targets related to profitability, confluence adherence, and client satisfaction

　　Collaborates in prospective client presentations and sales process

　　Drives stable and consistent delivery from Alight’s internal and external partners, using data to influence standardization and process innovation

　　Owns technical requirements for large scope or complex projects; including working with vendors and their technical resources (e.g., Payroll, Trustee, other third parties)

　　Validates iCAT results

　　Partners with Oversight & Excellence team to 1) prioritize projects/deliverables1) reduce total cost to serve by identifying opportunities to reduce demand and drive efficiency and 2) improve delivery quality

　　Acts as point of contact to other groups such as Customer Care and Shared Services for client specific items

　　Coordinates with Sales Executives to close new opportunities. Determines and aligns on ideal configuration of products and services, supports preparation of proposal, and collaborates with pricing team to align on quote/price. Participates in prospect meetings.

　　Knowledge and Expertise

　　Expert knowledge of Alight’s (or equivalent) systems

　　Strong communicator who simplifies the complex, can translate strategic direction into team vision and deliverables

　　Creative, innovative, problem solver thinking beyond traditional solutions to arrive at the best outcomes for our clients and customers

　　Seeks out collaborative opportunities across the business to drive results

　　Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set and give direction and ensures good ideas are championed and implemented

　　Leads through change, influences colleagues to work together effectively

　　Strong interpersonal skills to support team building: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members

　　Education

　　Bachelor’s degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area

　　10+ years in benefits, technology, and a variety of client experiences

　　Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $91,100.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $143,000.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
