JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Overview Primary responsibility is toprovide comprehensive support to the Wealth Fiduciary Advisors within aspecific geographic area. The Wealth Fiduciary Assistant will beresponsible for delivering a high degree of business professionalismthat will enhance the client experience and positively impact newbusiness development, client referral and retention efforts. KeyResponsibilities Core business understanding of Fiduciary services andWealth business strategy to proactively support Fiduciary Advisorsthroughout processes of client implementation, maintenance, andcommunication. Thorough knowledge of core Wealth and Bank operatingplatforms specific to Fiduciary services. Responsible for accuratelyopening and closing of accounts within Wealth operating systems;including initiating and tracking status of deposits as well as cash andasset transfers to/from accounts. Understanding and ability toarticulate full scope of JFG products and services. Research and assistin resolving client inquiries and issues through to resolution; displaysinitiative to problem solve and escalate when appropriate, ability towork independently. Fiduciary responsibilities include but are notlimited to: understanding and assisting with Estate valuations,insurance claim processing, Will File, Vault and procedures, probate andother post death processes, and insurance trusts monitoring. Tradeexecution and verification at the direction of the Wealth FiduciaryAdvisor. Responsible for review, disbursement, and updating of requiredreports (outlier reports, account synoptic, direct to hold letters,investment policy statement updates, etc.). Process various clientrequests including but not limited to; wire transactions, fundstransfers, and requests for distributions. Actively manage inherentrisks by adhering to internal policies and procedures, regulatory andstatutory requirements and exercising sound judgment. Maintain clientfiles to meet industry standards and compliance requirements. Accuratelyand timely prepare correspondence, reminders/ticklers, performancereports, documents, adhoc reports, proposals and other administrativefunctions. Proactively schedule client appointments and meetings, actsas the key liaison for organizing and managing client events.Coordination of meetings, calendar management, answering phones, filing,and processing of mail. Job Requirements - Education, Knowledge andSkills Bachelor\'s degree with minimum 2 years experience in thefinancial services industry and/or Wealth services. Work experience maybe considered in lieu of education. Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills; proven organizational, analytical and follow upskills.
