　　B&N Water/Wastewater Leader Responsibilities:

　　Lead the water/wastewater section to obtain and deliver projects related to water/wastewaterProjects may include designs of wastewater collection system sewers, lift stations, force mains, treatment facilities, booster stations, and/or studies of wastewater and water systemsLead business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management. Create an exemplary client experience throughout the project delivery processPromote a positive team environment that enhances our exceptional corporate culture. Maintain quality control of services and deliverablesManage select projects to meet success goals and oversee other project managers in the delivery of all projectsWork with office and business leaders, establish goals and metricsMonitor performance indicators, deadlines, budgets, schedules, and manage riskSkills and Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Ecological Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering programProfessional Engineer (PE) registration required in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana; or ability to register through reciprocity15+ years of related water/wastewater experience. Treatment process knowledge and experience is requiredExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster collaborationProficiency in Microsoft Office requiredExperience with business management software and tools is a plusOUR BENEFITS
