The Town of Drakes Branch is looking for a full-time Wastewater Operator. Wastewater License is not required as we will train for the position. Requirements include a valid driver's license, must pass a physical exam and criminal background check. The job also requires other duties that include maintenance of lines and equipment throughout the system, checking the wells daily and assisting with water leaks. Compensation is $17.00 per hour. Additional opportunities for increases are based on obtained certifications. Water Level 5 = $18, Distribution 6 = $19, Wastewater Level 4 = $20 and Level 3 = $21.
