　　Duties:

　　Assists Supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff

　　Provides information regarding associate performance and concerns to Supervisor for appropriate evaluation and action

　　Must learn company processes to accentuate training new associates

　　Monitor performance & safety for every associate

　　Must be proficient on the computer

　　Communicates to upper management any human resources grievances
