　　Are you ready for a challenge? The Mississauga Distribution Centre is looking for someone to join the company's largest Distribution Centre.

　　Responsibilities

　　Maintain labour budget and cost per unit; assist the manager in planning and scheduling labor daily.

　　Maintain KPI accuracy and provide feedback to achieve targets.

　　Plan department daily operation and ensure achievement of department goals.

　　Ensure staff members are properly trained and retrained according to training guides and procedures.

　　Develop employees through coaching, goal setting, conducting performance reviews.

　　Initiate and implement programs and procedures required to ensure DC safety and cleanliness in all zones.

　　Ensure all equipment is in good order and ensure employees perform pre-shift checks.

　　Promote employee involvement in employee relations and safety committee.

　　Train and develop employees, identifying and mentoring high potential candidates.

　　Ensure compliance with all Brick Group policies and procedures while achieving departmental goals through effective staff management.

　　Qualifications

　　High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset

　　Minimum 3 years' experience in a diverse warehouse environment. Significant experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in an inventory-controlled environment.

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

　　Working knowledge of materials handling equipment and safe material handling techniques

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

　　Self-motivated, high energy and a strong work ethic

　　Superior planning and organizational skills

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
