Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Follow all standard work including safety standards.

　　Perform on-the-job training as needed.

　　Ensure the finished product meets quality standards before and after packaging.

　　Responsible for daily 6S activities, such as housekeeping, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and any appropriate paperwork/check sheets.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Rework as necessary.

　　Cross train in all areas of the department.

　　Work assigned overtime when necessary.

　　Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

　　Responsible for verifying quality of product

　　Basic PC skills with working knowledge of Mapics and WM, Parts Smart, and BOM’s.

　　Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently.

　　Basic math skills.

　　Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

　　Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.

　　Ability to work, contribute and succeed in a team environment.

　　Experience/Educational Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent.Work Environment:

　　Must be able to work in a factory environment.

　　If at SIC location, limited temperature control.
