JOB DETAILS : We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up layouts, ensuring efficient space utilization, and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures. The role also involves adhering to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements, maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security, and managing stock control.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.

Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

Prepare annual budget.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.

Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results.

Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.

Produce reports and statistics regularly (e.g., IN/OUT status report, dead stock report).

Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

oversee 150 warehouse associates (each department has leads over lines/departments)

FSA, matching 401k, PTO, credentialing, professional liability

This is a fully onsite position in Leesburg,FL.
