We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager with strong leadership skills and the motivation to work in a faced-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the accurate transport and storage of materials in the warehouse by establishing effective operational procedures, such as verification of incoming/outgoing shipments.

Ensures timeliness and accuracy of outbound orders.

Forecasts labor and resources required to achieve area goals. Analyzes order trends and productivity reports to determine staffing schedules.

Partner with other department leaders to coordinate general warehouse activities with other functional activities, such as packaging, order selection, put-away (stock availability), records control and inventory management.

Develops annual operating budget for assigned departments.

Develops and maintains standard work instructions. Ensures timely, documented training of team members.

Manage employee performance using established company procedures.

Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in warehouse distribution management.

Minimum 5 years’ operational team management experience.

Thorough understanding of all distribution operations, such as receiving, packaging and order selection.

Experience working in an SAP WM system environment, preferred.
